Description
Chromium (Gcr15, 100Cr6, 52100, SUJ2) steel balls, also known as bearing steel balls. The high-precision chromium steel ball contains chromium and has excellent surface quality and high bearing capacity due to being quenched.
Throughout the manufacturing process, statistical process control can ensure tolerance accuracy, good surface finish and consistent high quality. It is most widely used in the ball and roller bearing industry and various automotive applications.
We mainly produce chromium steel with a size of 7-82.55mm, and the main material is high chromium GCR15 or GCR15SiMn. In particular, large-size, high-precision chrome steel balls from 25.4 mm to 82.55 mm are our main products. Mainly used for deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, thrust ball bearings, hub bearings, linear bearings, wind turbine bearings and bearings.
