Chrome (Gcr15,100Cr6,52100,SUJ2) steel balls for bearing are uniformly hardened and tempered throughout their entire diameter to achieve maximum strength and quality. Ball hardness is controlled within the 60-66 HRc range as measured on parallel flat surfaces. Custom heat treatment is available for special hardness and dimensional stability requirements. The balls are the most widely used in the ball and roller bearing industry,precision instruments,and for a variety of automobile applications.
Size range: Ø 5 mm – Ø 50 mm (GCr15 Chrome Steel Balls)
Ø 50 mm – Ø 82.55 mm (GCr15SiMn Chrome Steel Balls)
The Bearing Balls could be produced according to China Standard GB/T 308, International Standard ISO 3290, America Standard ANSI/ABMA, Germany Standard DIN 5401, Japan Standard JIS B 1501 etc.
