Introduction
The high-carbon chromium bearing steel is a high-carbon alloy steel with 1.30~1.65% chromium. It is characterized by a more uniform and stable structure after heat treatment, high hardness, high uniformity, good wear resistance, high contact fatigue strength, and good dimensional stability and corrosion resistance after annealing, its cutting performance is good and the price is relatively cheap. This steel can meet bearing requirements under normal working conditions.
Chrome steel ball, as the main part of bearing,GCr15SiMn bearing steel is mainly used to manufacture thick wall bearings, such as large and extra large size bearings, used in heavy machinery and rolling mill machinery.
We mainly produce chromium steel with a size of 7-82.55mm. The main material is high chromium GCR15 or GCR15SiMn.
