Introduction
Chrome (Gcr15,100Cr6,52100,SUJ2) steel balls,also called bearing steel balls or alloy steel balls are uniformly hardened and tempered throughout their entire diameter to achieve maximum strength and quality and high load bearing. Ball hardness is controlled within the 60-66 HRc range as measured on parallel flat surfaces. Custom heat treating is available for special hardness and dimensional stability requirements. are the most widely used in the ball and roller bearing industry and for a variety of automobile applications.
Our company supply chrome steel balls in size range 10 mm – 82.55 mm, precision grade G 10 – G 200. Especially 25.4 mm – 82.55 mm (1 inch-3.25 inch) big size high precision chrome steel balls are our principal products. and used mostly for aerospace industry, automotive industry, precision instruments, motorcycles, bicycles, bearings, medical equipment and food machinery and other fields.
Most importantly, we can customize our products to suit various needs of our customers. Based on customer’s requirement, the steel balls could be produced according to China Standard GB/T 308, International Standard ISO 3290, America Standard ANSI/ABMA, Germany Standard DIN, Japan Standard JIS B etc.
After precision washing, oiling & before packing sample balls from the batch are sent for final audit to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness in a professional inspection room, according to specified control plans and inspection procedures. Inspection certificate is prepared for the customer once all requirements are met.
