35.3mm(1.389764 inch) High precision bearing Ball, G40,E52100 for High Precision Ball Bearings
Description
The high-carbon chromium bearing steel is a high-carbon alloy steel with 1.40~1.65% chromium. It is characterized by a more uniform and stable structure after heat treatment, high hardness, high uniformity, good wear resistance, high contact fatigue strength, and good dimensional stability and corrosion resistance after annealing, its cutting performance is good and the price is relatively cheap. This steel can meet bearing requirements under normal working conditions.
Modern furnaces with precisely controlled atmospheres and temperatures are used for heat treating to assure uniform hardness and proper microstructure for each steel ball.
Apllication
Gcr15 bearing steel balls are widely used in high-speed and low-noise bearings, bicycles, motorcycles, automobiles, slide rails, universal balls, luggage, electronic industry, and can also be used to grind other media.
Chrome steel are manufactured using the following processes
