Introduction

Chrome (Gcr15,100Cr6,52100,SUJ2) steel balls, also called bearing steel balls , High precision chrome steel balls contain chromium and due to through hardening has an excellent surface quality and high load bearing.

Throughout the manufacturing process, statistical process control assures tolerance accuracy, fine surface finish and a consistent high quality. are the most widely used in the ball and roller bearing industry and for a variety of automobile applications.

Chrome balls are manufactured from the highest quality chrome alloy steel and through-hardened for maximum strength and service life. as the main part of bearing, are being widely used on the application like automotive industry, automobile, instruments, heavy machinery, engineering machinery and rolling mill machinery etc.

Although these chromium steel balls have good rust resistance, but it is recommended to use a dry cloth to wipe clean after use and apply a layer of oil, so that they have better rust resistance, to extend their service life.

We mainly produce chromium steel with a size of 7.9375mm to 82.55mm. The main material is high chromium GCR15 or GCR15SiMn.
